Can you believe it’s almost the holidays again - and with reasonable caution we can gather again!  That means it’s time to impress your BCI friends with your culinary skills and come join us at the BCI Holiday Potluck on December 10th !

REMINDER - The Duck Club has a tricky approach - see our map for directions!
We are supporting two charities again this year, Families Forward and The Bicycle Tree.  In addition to your potluck dish, we ask that attendees bring items to donate to either or both of these local organizations.

An Irvine based nonprofit organization that helps families in need achieve and maintain self-sufficiency through housing, food, counseling, and other support services. They collect and distribute donations of gift cards, toys or other items.  Here is a link with information about this charity:  https://preview.tinyurl.com/FamFrwrd

Families Forward uses extra toy donations to fill gift bags for over 1,000 families who have registered this year. Click here for a complete list of gifts that are especially needed for children and teens during the holiday season. All the new & unwrapped gifts will be taken to Families Forward on Monday.

The Bicycle Tree is a nonprofit community bike center and shop in Santa Ana.  One of their missions is to refurbish bikes and donate them to those in need.  They collect used bicycles, bicycle parts, gently worn cycling clothes and accessories for this purpose.  Clean out a closet or garage & bring it along! All the Bicycle Stuff will be taken to the Bicycle Tree the following week.
Here is a link to their website:  http://www.thebicycletree.org/

Thank you in advance for your generosity.
We look forward to seeing you at the holiday party!

Please RSVP your attendance guests' names, and what you are bringing to share. If single, register 1 ‘ticket’ and bring enough to feed 1 but shared with many. A couple should register 2 tickets, etc.
Potlucks work best if you bring as much as you can eat, but in a shareable format ( ie: small bites, spoon a taste ) If you bring too much there will be too much left over!  Bring a serving utensil if appropriate for your offering. We will supply plates, bowls & plastic utensils, but members are encouraged to bring your own plate, soup bowl, mug, glass & utensils so we won’t have to use as many single-use items to throw away.
We will have soft drinks but BYOB if you prefer an ‘adult’ beverage.
