You have a CONTACT email used to log into your TidyHQ Account.
You ALSO have an email in your PERSONAL INFO details which gets you BCI News Alerts and renewal notices.
Update them BOTH or the emails will keep going to the old PROFILE email

As of November 2025, TidyHQ has introduced Passkeys as an authentication option, and as part of this they've also introduced emailed codes (OTP) - the goal is that in the future most members won't need a password at all. Your devices will remember the Passkeys (much stronger auth than the average password) and in the occasional case they don't have the passkey, they can get a code sent by email. BCI can no longer send you a password reset link; you must get in to change that yourself with a code sent to your email. If you do not have access to that old email, we CAN go in and update your CONTACT & PROFILE emails for you - just ask!
