Chef Penny, Line-chef Bill & sous chef Paul (seen here only 5 years ago, grilling at our 2015 BBQ @ UCP) will NOT be grill masters again this year; but you can bring & cook your own meat on the grill.

The fire will be ready at 11ish when you get back from the rides. Bring a picnic lunch (grill will be optional) and leave them in an ice chest in your car. There is lots of shade to spread out under… bring a blanket or lawn chairs if you wish.
