Join us for our Annual Meeting, Elections and Dinner!
Enjoy a splendid catered meal, participate in the Election of Officers for 2022-23 and thank the 2022 Board for their service.
Dinner is $30 - Our event will be catered by Stonefire Grill. We will be serving a cake for desert. Soft drinks & coffee included - BYOB for ‘adult beverages’ If you have a healthy diet, you can skip the main course, attend & help cover expenses and enjoy snacks, beverages & desert for $10. We will have a 50/50 raffle to help cover the cost of the event. (Three lucky winners will take home 50% of the ‘pot’ - 30% 15% 5%)
If you do NOT want to deal with TidyHQ & you can send us an email at info@bikeirvine.org to RSVP with names of each guest. You can commit to will-call online for free & pay the $30 or $10 at the door. You MUST RSVP by Midnight, Wednesday October 12 so we can place our order for dinner and seating on Thursday morning.
Election Details.
The newly appointed offices will be appointing 2 Directors at Large; If you have an interest in serving as a Director @ Large on the Board next year, or as Vice President, please let the Nominating Committee know contact BEFORE the Annual Meeting.
