We will have a panel discussion explaining what to do when there is an injury emergency -
Beyond First Aid & calling 911 - what happens when a crash results in injury, paramedics & ambulances are called, ER issues, Medical info & ID, and what our club’s supplemental insurance will cover…and what role fellow members have to safeguard others & be a witness. retired OC Fire Authority Paramedic Dave Verdecia will share his long career experience in helping injured people.
President Marc Urias and Treasurer Steve Buescher know what we need to do regarding club insurance and personal liability, and Communications Director Bill Sellin will discuss the importance of using crash@bikeirvine.org, witness reporting, and details of what paramedics are looking for on an ID / Medical Information card.

Time allowed, Vice President Dave Murphy and his wife Marsh Murphy will share some travelog photos of cycling in New York.

There will be raffle prizes awarded to a lucky few attendees so don’t miss out!
