Out of an abundance of caution, IRWD is taking proactive measures to protect the health of our customers and employees.  We are closing our meeting rooms to the public from now through the end of April, 2020, and therefore we need to cancel your reservation. 

We apologize for the inconvenience as our community works together to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. We look forward serving you and your group in the future.

The COVID-19 pandemic has become a concern. Although OC has not declared an outbreak, the CDC has advised against meetings of 50 or more and California has advised against 10 or mor high risk (AKAK seniors) from gathering.
Personal responsibility for our collective health is reasonable.
If you are sick, or have had contact with a person who has the flu, please do not participate in rides or events.
If you are feeling fine, allow more space (>6 feet) in sign-in lines and sit farther apart at meetings & coffee stops.
Stop handshaking and hugs, control sneezes and coughs with elbows and tissues (not hands), and wash frequently.
If there is an outbreak or continued concern, we may cancel other club meetings, but if we meet, bring your own coffee cup, water bottle, and expect individually packaged snacks instead of our usual spread of home baked cookies and cheese-n-crackers.
