STARTING EARLY to GET TO RIBBON CUTTING!
The City is having a ribbon cutting and grand opening of the new 1,200 foot bridge across the 5 Freeway.
If we leave at 8:45 we should be able to get the 4.5 miles to the event in time to attend the celebration… so we have a special route created just for today.
If you miss the early start you can still ride at 9:15 and be one of the first to ride across the new bridge & catch up with the group at coffee.

Not that we could see it behind the crowd taking photos, or hear any of the speeches with a PA system not sufficient for the huge turn out - but BCI was there!

University Trail, JOST, Portola Side Path, Paragon, Encore, Eastwood Trail, Hicks Canyon Trail, Peters Canyon Trail, Mountain to the Sea / Peters Canyon / San Diego Creek Trail, University / Sand Canyon Wash Trail through Mason Park to Ridgeline.

Guests are welcome to ride with BCI, including former members. We ask that you sign in for an an annual ticket (it’s free) that’s good for the rest of the year.
