Ride Start: Deerfield Park
Several BCI members have been getting together for mid-week long distance training rides. The group have been picking favorite weekend Long & Long Plus routes, along with some of the old Sunday Sufferfest and Bear and Onyx training rides from our Ride Banks. The pace is friendly, a bit slower (not race or electrified speeds) and they regroup for support and to share the challenges.
