Several BCI members have been getting together for mid-week long distance training rides. They got John and Shawn ready for their trans-continental rides and found some long & hilly routes to enjoy. The group have been picking favorite Long Plus routes, along with some of the old Sunday Sufferfest and Bear and Onyx training rides from our Ride Banks. The pace is friendly, a bit slower (not race or electrified speeds) and they regroup for support and to share the challenges.
