Ride Start: University Park 
Please park on streets & leave the parking lots for others.
The group start is at 9:15, but riders who have to fight freeway traffic to get to Irvine will still find the sign in sheets and cue slips available after the 'pack' has gone.
Each ride has a coffee stop regroup.
Many enjoy lunch together after the ride at the nearby center at Culver & Michelson.

Map / Profile Short Cut* (Skips climb over Newport Coast) 

Mile 1.5: the construction on University has made the route tough - all the way back to before Campus. On this route, just after Harvard follow the BIKE DETOUR signs & merge onto the connector to the San Diego Creek Trail bike path (SLOW DOWN) to avoid all of the construction zone rather than taking the narrow lane & steel plates all the way to Jamboree where University becomes Eastbluff. You can resume at mile 3.2 of the route at the NW corner of Jamboree & Eastbluff. (Assuming construction will still be going on in September)
