UCI Anti-Cancer Challenge - Oct 10, 2026

The countdown begins!!! Just a few weeks ’til Anti-Cancer Challenge , October 10th!
Whether in spirit or riding/walking/running, know we’ll be meeting near the start, similar to last year. I’ll be there around 7 am, wearing the same blue and orange/yellow BCI/UCI Challenge jersey. Would love it if anyone’s interested in joining me for the 14-mile ride that starts @ 8:30 am! Feel free to call me on my cell @ 714-343-8562 once you arrive if you’d like.
Meanwhile, a huge THANK YOU to you all, once again for supporting UCI’s ongoing and promising research in this very crucial fight against cancer.

COME JOIN THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF TEAM BCI
Deby Six has been the BCI team captain for a number of years for this popular charity ride that starts from the Irvine campus of the University of California. Registration is $50 with fund-raising opportunities that supports cancer research.
We’re looking forward to another day of fun rides and camaraderie in Irvine in support of our friends/loved ones and UCI’s groundbreaking cancer research. All proceeds go to research!

While we will not have an official BCI team for the MS Ride, the goal remains the same, to cycle toward a world free of multiple sclerosis.
Consider signing up to ride individually or else help a friend with their fundraising efforts.
UPDATE: Due to heightened restrictions at Camp Pendleton, the start location HAS MOVED to Carlsbad.
