A special meeting of the board was called to order by Mike Farrell at approximately 11:50 am at Deerfield Community Park in Irvine.
Directors present: Mike Farrell, Penny Poorman, Norm Moyer, Ann Reichling, Monica McCarthy, Bill Sellin, Suzanne McCord, Jim Norman, Randy Profeta
Directors absent: Bob McHenry, Marc Urias

The purpose of this meeting was to follow up on the results of the ride start time membership survey that was approved at the prior regular board meeting.
A motion was moved and carried to start Saturday and Sunday rides at 8 am through September, returning to 9 am in October.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:00 pm.
