*Winter Long Training PlayList We are mixing up our weekend rides to feature Long Rides sorted by Climb Factor and then length.
For the next few months of Saturdays we will start with the flatter (CF1) rides, in order of DISTANCE: Choose the long routes and each week will offer more climbing (feet per mile) and more miles.
