Life Aid Research Institute is inviting all cyclist to support their efforts to provide opportunities for military, veterans and first responders and their families to come together to learn, connect and have fun.

30+ mile ride on PCH. Starting at Newport Aquatic Center. 8:30am.
Get back at 11:30 for lunch.
All FREE!
Support veterans, who will be riding with us.
FREE Beer and other refreshments.
Stay all day for FREE and all events for FREE.
Ride your bike, use a kayak or whatever. Bring the kids/grandkids.
Sign up for FREE so BJs knows how much food to provide.
All type of pizza, pasta, salads galore!
