General meetings are held the last Wednesday of each month and start at 7:00 p.m. They are held at the Irvine Ranch Water District Headquarters, 15600 Sand Canyon, Irvine. All members are invited to attend. Come early to visit with the members. Dessert, coffee and soda is served.

Kristen Lawrence of Two Wheels One Planet will talk about women and cycling. She will cover training and women specific products.

Officer Fanny Hom from the Irvine Police Department who will speak about Bicycle Safety with a question and answer session.

Manny Aragon, a Certified Advanced Practitioner of Structural Integration with the Rolf Workshop, will discuss body alignment to improve efficiency in movement, recovery time, and reduce the chance of repetitive stress injuries.

The Rolf Workshop is founded upon the work and teaching of Dr. Ida P. Rolf, a scientist and practically minded woman who "discovered" that the shape and alignment of the body's structure can be functionally changed by its interaction with the gravitational field of the earth. Dr. Rolf developed the method of Structural Integration to take advantage of this discovery.

Board of Directors meetings are held monthly at 12:30 PM. The date of the next meeting is posted in the Calendar of Events. We meet on the lawn at Deerfield Park. All members are invited. Drinks and goodies will be served.
